Established in 2018, we are a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and uplifting seniors in the Ethiopian and Eritrean Community in Ottawa and beyond. We aim to provide culturally sensitive programs, resources, and companionship that honor the wisdom and experiences of our elders. Whether it’s through social activities wellness support, or practical assistance, we’re here to ensure our seniors feel valued, connected, and cared for. Our work also focuses on bridging the intergenerational gap by engaging both youth and elders in meaningful dialogue, shared experiences, and mutual learning. Through community connection, cultural celebration and collaboration, we strive to build a stronger, more united future for all.
