Very disappointing experience with this courier. They attempted delivery on Friday with no phone call, no warning, and claimed they couldn’t find the door. I provided clear, detailed instructions for a second attempt on Sunday, but the delivery driver still managed to put my package in the wrong condo locker. It then took me an hour and a half working with building security just to track it down and retrieve it. Completely frustrating and unacceptable level of service.
