Gebeta (ገበታ) means “large plate” in Amharic. Sharing meals is deeply ingrained in Ethiopian culture, where friends and family gather around a communal platter to share a bite.

We are a group of friends, bound by our culinary passion and respect for our heritage, on a mission to introduce the rich and diverse flavours of Ethiopia to the crowds. We partner with local butchers and providers to source high-quality meat and fresh ingredients.
