a month agoI had a very disappointing experience. I came in to have my sew-in removed, and the removal process felt extremely rough and aggressive. There didn’t seem to be much care taken to remove it gently, and the detangling process was even worse. I’m not usually tender-headed, but the entire process was very uncomfortable. My hair also did not feel properly washed or cleaned afterward. What concerned me even more was that a hair tie was used on my hair that did not belong to me, and it had a very unpleasant smell. I found this unhygienic and unacceptable. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the service, from the way my hair was handled to the cleanliness and customer service. Unfortunately, I would not return based on this experience.
