P2P Canada

Established in 1999, People to People Aid Organization, Canada, Inc (P2P) has been instrumental in the global fight against HIV/AIDS, particularly in supporting orphaned and vulnerable children in Ethiopia through our Orphan Sponsorship Program (OSP). After the subsiding of the HIV pandemic, our OSP has been expanded to include children who have been orphaned or left vulnerable by conflict, poverty and other causes. P2P has provided essential assistance such as food, shelter, and medical care, alongside educational support for thousands of children. P2P has also evolved its local mandate in Canada to include mental wellness advocacy and support programs, with a specific focus on youth and newcomers within the Ethiopian/Eritrean Community in the GTA. As a volunteer-driven organization, P2P’s success is owed to the dedication of its volunteers who tirelessly support its activities.
