Spark Shop and Coffee is the realization of a dream that has been brewing for years. As someone who may not be a coffee expert, but a true coffee enthusiast and dreamer, this café represents my heart’s vision.
The inspiration behind it all began on a recent family trip to Ethiopia, my birthplace. There, amidst the cozy, welcoming cafés and the intoxicating aroma of freshly roasted coffee, I was reminded of my roots and the rich cultural heritage of coffee. That experience left a lasting impression, and it was there that I made a promise to myself: I would bring that same warmth and passion for coffee to life.
